Starting in 2015, Jordy's first started selling pizzas from outside a pub in Nantwich from a little yellow pick-up truck with an oven popped on the back.​ From there, he began catering weddings, parties, beer festivals and work events.

A couple of years later Jordy's expanded when Jonjo (Jord's best mate) came on board, armed with a second truck and pizza oven.

 

Around the same time, the lads joined forces with a local Nantwich bar and started to serve pizzas in the beer garden. The weekly pop-up every Thursday in Bar Six is still going strong.

At the start of 2020 Jordan and Jonjo began a local delivery service, which was to come in very handy, with so people staying indoors. Each weekend they made and delivered fresh pizzas to the local area, giving just a hint of normality to folks who needed most at that time

 

In May of 2021 Jordy's opened at Crewe Market Hall, where a multi-million pound renovation had been undertaken to breathe new life into Crewe town centre. Together with fellow traders, Jordy's wanted to be part of the regeneration of Crewe. Jordan became an employer and began training and mentoring a team of local young people, teaching them his trademark dough recipe and developing their skills as pizza makers.

Opening in November of 2023 a new venture began for Jordy's, a dine-in pizzeria. A dream realised for Jordan and wife Katie, to create a casual dining space where people could come and be served Jordy's signature pizzas, but this time accompanied by Jordy's very own craft lager, cocktails and carefully selected wines, all from an intimate and comforting restaurant setting

 

It's from here that Jordan hopes to employ and develop even more careers for local people to grow within the Jordy's brand

Jordy's ethos has always primarily been about creating fresh pizzas using a dough recipe, created and developed by Jordan for over nine years and counting.
